A non-refundable $15 deposit paid through Zelle secures each appointment, and no deposit means no appointment. Cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice, and last-minute cancellations and no-shows are charged 50% of the service cost. A 7-minute grace period applies to arrival, after which a $10 late fee is charged. Extra guests are not permitted at appointments.
