Color work covers base color for covering gray or changing roots with up to eight weeks of regrowth, all-over color for longer regrowth, and gloss to refresh or correct tone. Blonding runs from face frame and partial foils to full balayage and teased foil, with a bleach base available to existing clients. Color melt blends darker shades at the roots and mids into lightened ends, and tipped out ends lighten only the ends of hair that is already blonde. Fashion shades such as pink or blue are priced after a consultation.

Cuts and blowouts include women's haircuts for medium to thin or thick hair, men's cuts for existing clients, blowdries and blowouts in any style, and curling iron or straightener add-ons. Every shampoo includes a scalp massage, and a hydrating deep conditioning mask for dry hair takes about ten minutes. Water, sparkling water, tea and sweets are offered during appointments, and magazines are available. At the end of a service the studio recommends products to help keep the style, color and hair healthy at home, books the next appointment before the client leaves, and checks in a few days later.

The studio is open Wednesday and Thursday from 10am to 7pm, Friday from 9am to 4pm, and Saturday from 9am to 3pm, and is closed Monday, Tuesday and Sunday. Free parking is directly in front of the studio. Changes need at least 48 hours notice; changes 12 to 48 hours ahead are charged 50% of scheduled services, and changes within 12 hours or no-shows are charged in full. Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may mean not all services can be completed. Clients should arrive with clean, dry hair free of product. Children are not allowed in the studio during services unless they are having one, because of chemicals and sharp tools. Cards carry a 2.5% service charge, and cash, debit and credit are accepted.
