Facials range from a 45-minute Backcial and a 60-minute Teen/Youth Facial to the Enchanted Facial and Dermaplane Facial, both 60 minutes at $120, and a 90-minute Two of Us facial for two people starting at $100. The Spa Day Package is a 75-minute option at $130. Waxing covers lip and chin, underarms, back, legs and Brazilian, plus a Vajacial, and brow clean-ups take about 20 minutes.
Booking requires a deposit on most services, typically $10 to $30, and clients can also book through a gift card redemption option. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice, given by texting 843-779-7807. Late cancellations and no-shows carry a 40% fee. Clients arriving 15 or more minutes late are asked to text to reschedule, and each appointment allows up to three reschedules before it counts as a cancellation.
Enchanted Spa also sells its own line of skincare products, including a daily cleanser, a facial lotion, complexion pads and a daily SPF 30. Product orders are processed within three business days, and customers can choose pickup, with a text or email sent once a pickup date and time are available. Payments are accepted, and the booking site lists the accepted methods.
