Enchanted Hair by Rum is run by stylist Rum Chou, who opened the salon after working at Regis Hair Salon. The salon builds on skills in hair sculpting, coloring and specialized treatments developed there.

About

The menu covers haircuts for children aged 10 and under, men's and women's cuts, shampoo and styling, and men's and women's perms. Color work runs from add-on color and toner through full color, root touch-ups, Pe-Ka-Boo highlights, 7-10 foils, partial and full foils, ombre or balayage, bleach and toner, and color correction, with Olaplex and deep conditioning available as add-ons.

Visitors can book a free 15-minute consultation before committing to a service. Gift cards are sold, and Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. A 20% cancellation fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 48 hours. The salon is open Monday to Saturday 10 AM to 6 PM and Sunday 11 AM to 3 PM.
