Appointments are for one client at a time, since the studio is reserved for the person receiving services and extra guests are not allowed. Clients should arrive with bare nails unless a Soak Off has been added to the booking. There is a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals, and a later arrival is cancelled automatically and must be rebooked.

Prices listed are starting points, and add-ons are charged extra. A 50% no-show fee is charged to the card on file, and the initial deposit is forfeited. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.

The studio is open Monday from 1 PM to 7 PM, Wednesday from 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM, Thursday from 9 AM to 8:30 PM, Friday from 9 AM to 7 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 6 PM. It is closed on Tuesdays and Sundays.
