Full sets come in several styles: Classic (one extension per natural lash), Hybrid (classic extensions mixed with light volume fans), Volume (handcrafted fans on each natural lash), Wet and Wet Hybrid (narrow wispy volume fans for a wet-look finish) and Mega (ultra-dense fans). Full sets run from $175 to $215 and take about 90 minutes, except the Wet Full Set, which takes 120 minutes. Fills are 60-minute visits priced from $100 to $115, and bottom lash extensions cost $30 or more. Lash removal is $40 and uses a gel remover to dissolve the adhesive. The studio is open Monday from 11 AM to 5:30 PM, Tuesday and Thursday from 11 AM to 7:30 PM, Friday from 11 AM to 6 PM and Saturday from 11 AM to 5 PM, and is closed Wednesday and Sunday. A before or after hours appointment can be added for a $35 convenience fee, but availability must be confirmed with the business before booking. Fills are recommended every two to three weeks while at least half of the extensions remain. Anything beyond three weeks is booked as a full set, and fills done by another artist are not accepted; those clients book a removal and a full set. Deposits are $50 for fills and $100 for full sets and go toward the service total. Clients should give at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule, and one reschedule is allowed with the deposit transferred. Late cancellations under 24 hours are charged the remaining balance, and a 10-minute grace period applies to late arrivals. The business also offers a two-day private beginner training course, eight hours in total, for $1,200. It starts with a $600 non-refundable deposit, and participants receive a beginner lash kit and a certificate of completion. The business states that the training does not guarantee income or clientele.

Before a visit, clients are asked to arrive with clean lashes, no eye makeup, no glue, no contact lenses and no caffeine for at least three hours. Guests, including children and family members, are not allowed in the studio, and phones should stay silent and unused during appointments. Cash is recommended for payment.
