The bodywork menu ranges from relaxation and therapeutic massage to more specialized work. Ashiatsu massage uses the therapist's hands and feet to apply pressure, with special training and equipment. Deep tissue Swedish techniques are offered for therapeutic massage, along with hot bamboo therapy, which uses steamed bamboo tools to apply heat and pressure. Pre-natal massage is offered with an emphasis on comfort and safety, and rehabilitation massage is offered for chronic issues, sports injuries and accident recovery. Sticks and Stones massage uses heated bamboo and basalt stones. Power Nap is a one-hour session on a heated table with a weighted or regular blanket, a weighted eye mask and noise-canceling headphones.

On the skin side, the Advanced Treatments menu includes Micro Current, an LED light therapy package of six 20-minute sessions, Hydro Dermabrasion Facial, Skin Classic and ProCell Micro-channel treatments. The Skin treatments menu includes a 45-minute Back Facial with cleansing, exfoliation, masks, high frequency, extractions and light massage, an Emphasis Facial, an Advanced Emphasis Facial and a Rezenerate Facial. The 90-minute Advanced Emphasis Facial is personalized and can address exfoliation, acne, moisture, deep cleansing or a combination of these.

Waxing covers facial, underarm, leg and back areas, and eyelash and eyebrow tinting is listed in the same category. Bodywork, waxing and skin treatment prices include sales tax. Gift certificates are available for relaxation massage, Super Relaxation, Focus Massage and Rehab Massage.
