Hair color is the core of the menu, from a single shade applied to the full length or roots touched up, to foil highlights in several sizes and hand-painted balayage. Women's and men's haircuts are offered, and a haircut can be added to any color service for a reduced price.

Color pricing spells out what is included. The original service price covers 30 grams of color, and any color beyond that is charged separately. Bleaching the roots includes a toner and a blow dry, while extra length, extra processing time and additional product are billed on top. Clients planning a dramatic change are asked to call or text with questions before booking a color consultation, which is free and takes 15 minutes.

For smoothing and frizz, the salon offers an Express Keratin treatment, which it says lasts four to six weeks and reduces frizz by about 80 percent, and a Keratin Complex treatment, which it says lasts three to five months and is described as reducing frizz and curl, blocking humidity and repairing damage. An Olaplex treatment and a conditioning treatment are also offered.
