Emmetts The Studio was opened by Emmett, who is also a co-owner alongside Naieem. The salon is in Suite 120A on East 86th Street in Indianapolis. Emmett's background includes years working as a platform artist, traveling to teach trends and techniques, along with work as a salon owner and educator.

Haircuts with Emmett start at $125 and include a shampoo, conditioner, and a signature blow dry. Naieem's men's cuts are $45 and women's cuts are $65. Color with Naieem starts at $65 for a gloss and $105 for a base color or retouch. Highlight services include partial foil highlights of up to 10 foils for $100, money pieces or face frames starting at $100, and full highlights, balayage, or reverse balayage starting at $210. Eyebrow tinting is $20, and a K18 instant repair treatment can be added to any color or cut for $25.

Makeup and styling lessons can be booked in the studio or on location. Styling lessons, which start at $125, cover sectioning, technique, and product knowledge for styling hair at home. Makeup is $125 per person in the studio and $250 per person on location.
