Full sets start at $75 and take 135 minutes or more, with the most involved styles, such as volume full sets, requiring a $15 deposit. Fill-ins keep extensions looking full as natural lashes grow out: classic, hybrid, wet set and volume fill-ins are usually booked every two to three weeks, while a Mini Fill is a shorter weekly touch-up that also replaces lost extensions. Extension removal is available as a separate service.

Booking is by appointment. Cancellations and rescheduling requests need at least 48 hours' notice, and cancellations made later than that, including same-day cancellations and no-shows, are charged at the full cost of the service. Model Sets are offered only when a model call is posted on the owner's Instagram, and the chosen set is noted on the booking. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings between $50 and $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. The studio is open Monday, Wednesday and Friday in daytime hours, Tuesday evenings until 11 PM, and is closed Thursday, Saturday and Sunday.
