Elysian Salon Studios

Elysian Salon Studios is a locally owned facility at 4440 GlenEste-Withamsville Rd in Cincinnati. Rather than operating as a single salon, it leases individual studios to independent beauty professionals, who each run their own business from the same building. Each professional sets their own hours and prices, keeps 100% of their profits, and takes bookings directly from clients.

The business describes itself as the only full-service studio building in Eastgate and says it aims to offer affordable luxury to studio owners and their clients. Studio designs were shaped by feedback from local beauticians. Hair studios come in one-chair and two-chair layouts, while other studios are private, oversized rooms with large interior windows, open ceilings meant to improve airflow, and custom cabinetry.

Every studio has utilities and WiFi included, keyless keypad entry, and 24/7 secure access to the building. A shared common room has a full-size refrigerator, two washers, two dryers, a microwave and lockers for each room, and the common areas are professionally cleaned. Hair studios include an ultra-comfortable styling chair, a deluxe styling station, an oversized shampoo sink with recliner, and multiple wooden storage cabinets. Ambient surround sound plays throughout.

Studio owners can choose short-term or long-term leases. The Jump Start Lease is a six-month short-term option for new business owners, and first-year leasing incentives are offered as well. Established owners can take advantage of promotional incentives that change by season, plus referral bonuses. Owners also receive on-site referrals, cross-marketing, and a dedicated beauty supply representative. On-site educational classes are offered to the professionals in the building.
