Services are grouped by length and complexity. Simple cut and trim visits take about an hour and a quarter, while color-heavy services such as Bleach Bum Power Blonde, Hair Transformation and Blonde Refresh are booked as longer sessions, roughly three to four hours, that include color, a treatment, toning, a trim and a style.

Hair Transformation is meant for drastic change or for hair that has a year or more of grow-out. It begins with a consultation and includes full color, a treatment, toner, a trim and styling.

Grey coverage is available in a few forms: a root-only option, grey blending that softens grey into blonde rather than covering it, and dimension paired with root coverage. Clients who want a lighter change can book a toning gloss with a trim.

Booking policies are worth knowing before a visit. A cancellation fee of up to 50% applies to no-shows and to cancellations made less than 48 hours ahead. In-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 can be paid over time through Buy Now, Pay Later, subject to approval before the appointment.
