Color is the core of the menu. Color refreshes run from a root-only touch-up to a full root-to-tip color, and include a root color option with dimension added. Custom Modern Dimension uses tailored foiling to build movement, depth and a personalized glow, in a face-frame version, a partial version and a full version. The salon also offers blended gray coverage, with color matched to blend into existing gray hair. Corrective Color is a separate, multi-step service for uneven, unwanted or strong color changes and over-processed hair. It requires a consultation first, and more than one appointment may be needed. The salon's services are described as aimed at natural-looking blondes, brunettes and reds with dimension.

New clients receive a text after booking asking for details about their hair and photos of what they want. Replies are needed within 24 hours to keep the appointment. A 30-minute in-person consultation is also available for $30, and that fee is applied to a first appointment if it is booked. Haircuts and treatments are grouped separately: a haircut, a haircut with gloss, and three add-on treatments that protect color and repair hair during coloring.

Products are chosen for minimal allergens. Olaplex is used in the Bond Fortifier treatment, and QOAT is used in the Color Shield treatment. The salon states that its products are cleaner for skin and body. If the stylist does not seem like a good fit for a client, she offers recommendations for another stylist or salon where possible.
