Appointments are booked online through Fresha, and a waitlist can be joined if preferred times are full. Pricing is a la carte, so each service is charged on its own, and treatments can be added to another appointment but cannot be booked separately. Payment is accepted as exact cash with no change given, major credit cards, or tap-to-pay, and service payments are non-refundable.

A curly cut includes teaching products, styling, refreshing, and preventative care. Afterward, guests receive an email with a recap of tutorials, styling techniques, and product links. The studio also offers silent appointments and privacy curtains on request, free Wi-Fi, a free library of books in the studio, and translator app use.

Cancellations or reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice, or a $30 charge applies. Guests more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment adjusted or rescheduled. Service adjustments can be requested within 7 days of an appointment, but they are void, and service charges apply, if the service was adjusted at home or by anyone other than the stylist.

Works with each guest on a hair routine that suits their lifestyle and hair goals, treating styling as a collaboration between the stylist's expertise and the guest's preferences.
