Booking is handled with a credit card placed on file. A client who does not call to cancel and does not arrive is charged for the appointment, and cancelling on the day of the appointment carries a charge of 50 percent of the service cost. Refunds are not offered as a general rule. Clients who are unhappy with their result can have their hair adjusted if they raise the concern within two weeks of the appointment; if that does not resolve it, a refund of the cancellation fee may be discussed depending on the situation.
