Color ranges from a gloss or toner that does not lighten hair to a full-head custom color with blending, lowlights and toning. Gray coverage covers grays at the root using permanent color, and a returning client session is a longer appointment that includes a haircut and can take hair lighter or darker.
The education course focuses on choosing and using hair care products and styling at home. It comes in three versions: learning only, learning with three products used during the session, or learning with products and styling tools. Hair extensions are priced per row, and the studio offers a free consultation to answer questions, match color and give a price quote before booking.
Cancellations or changes need at least 48 hours notice. Changes made within 48 hours of the appointment carry a fee of 50% of the scheduled service, which can be applied to a future appointment if rebooked within 14 days. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged the full service total, and clients who no-show may be asked to prepay future visits. Emergencies are considered case by case.
