A visit usually starts with an evaluation. The Functional Trichological Evaluation is a one-hour appointment listed at $169.00 on the booking platform, and it covers hair loss history, trichoscopic imaging and raw scalp photos. Clients can also book a Functional Medicine evaluation for overall health and wellness. Consultations can happen in the office or by telehealth. Consultations with Dr. McLowry last up to an hour and may include a hair density check, a trichoscopic scalp exam, tensile strength analysis, blood type testing, a Zyto health scan and digital photos with the face left out. Hair replacement services include a non-surgical system built from customized human hair, which the site describes as pain free, plus medical wigs fitted through private appointments only. Specialty testing includes genetic, food sensitivity, GI stool, organic acid, mycotoxin, mold and heavy metal, and hormone testing, plus a Galleri cancer screen. Wellness services include IV therapy, vitamin infusions, nutrition counseling, coaching and photobiomodulation.

Veterans are a focus. The clinic is an approved provider for the Department of Veterans Affairs program and for TRICARE, and the site calls it a preferred VA vendor and says services are free for veterans. The site states that VA Health Care or TRICARE coverage pays 100% of the cost of a cranial prosthesis as needed. A veteran first needs a prosthetics consult, then notifies the clinic, which schedules the session.
