The salon is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM and is closed on Sunday and Monday. A 20-minute consultation costs $20 and is applied toward a later appointment, with a $10 deposit. Tape-in and sew-in extension consultations are a separate 30-minute visit at $30.

Cuts include a standard haircut at $90 for 90 minutes, which includes a high shine gloss mask, and a longer version at $125 for 110 minutes that adds a wash and blowout and is intended for long or thick hair. Curly and wavy clients can book a Rëzo Dry Curly Cut at $170 for 90 minutes, cut with their own curl pattern in mind, or the XL version at $200 for 135 minutes for hair reaching the middle of the back or longer. The Rëzo cut is not designed for clients who flat iron curly hair. A dry cut at $55 for 40 minutes suits clients who do not want a shampoo or blowout and need clean, dry, straight hair, or additional fees apply.

Color options include root retouches at $120, a +12-week root retouch at $140 for clients who go longer between gray coverage, and all over color from $225+. Custom highlights or balayage start at $385+ and take about 420 minutes, with pricing based on hair texture, density and color history. Partial custom color around the face and crown, or touch-ups, starts at $250+. Clients with existing highlighted or balayaged hair can book a toner or gloss refresh with a blowout. Smoothing is offered through a Brazilian Blowout treatment at $300, listed as lasting up to 12 weeks. Add-ons include a scalp detox treatment and a B3 deep conditioning treatment.

Deposits are required to book, ranging from $10 to $150 depending on the service. Deposits are non-refundable and equal 20% of the total cost for services under $350 or 50% for services at $350 and above. Rescheduling without losing the deposit is allowed up to 48 hours before an appointment, and the same deposit can be used to reschedule once. A 15-minute grace period applies to late arrivals. A $25 late fee may apply at the stylist's discretion when a late arrival can still be accommodated. Appointments booked outside standard hours carry a 50% additional fee. No-shows are charged 50% of the total cost and must pay the balance before booking again. Redo requests must be made within 36 hours of the original appointment and are not refunds. Gift card sales are final. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
