The stylists work across three tiers, De Oro, Platinum and Signature. The salon says all three are held to the same De Oro standard and that the tiers differ in experience and price. The De Oro tier is the owner's chair with JoeJoe, the Platinum tier is staffed by Sabrina Requejo and Josh Villarreal, and the Signature tier is staffed by Aleyna AJ Villarreal.
Bookings are made online through Square. A member of the concierge team confirms each request, and the confirmation is sent by text. A card on file is required to reserve. At booking, a 25% deposit is collected and credited toward the service total, and the deposit cannot be refunded. Moving an appointment requires at least 24 hours' notice, and a same-day change forfeits the deposit. For a missed appointment, the salon may charge between 75% and 100% of the service cost to the card on file. Every visit includes complimentary refreshments and a dedicated concierge. The main salon is wheelchair accessible, with accessible parking close to the entrance. Listed prices do not include a 4% transaction fee. The De Oro Membership is $175 a month and covers unlimited blowouts and signature hot-tool styles. It is booked in advance with a 15-minute grace period, and color, treatments and extensions are not included. The membership is available with Sabrina Requejo and Josh Villarreal. Gift cards can be ordered online and are delivered by email.
Booth rental is offered to stylists. Rent is $275 a week at the Signature booth rate, $300 at Intermediate and $325 at Elite. Agreements run for 6 or 12 months, with a $300 non-refundable reservation deposit after approval and the first month's rent due before move-in. Renters need an active Texas cosmetology or barbering license and professional liability insurance. Applications are reviewed within 3 to 5 business days, followed by an interview and tour for qualified applicants. The booth rental salon is smoke-free and drug-free. The salon is also hiring commission hair stylists with at least two years of experience.
Each service is built around the individual client, with the stylist confirming details such as hair length and density before color, highlight and smoothing work.
