Before a first visit, the studio asks for a $30 deposit on several higher-priced services for new clients, and it charges a 50% fee for cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment. No-shows are blocked from future bookings and charged the full service price. Foreign fills are not always possible, so clients send a photo of their lashes first and the studio decides whether a fill can be done or a removal and full set is needed.
