The Joia Skin Acne Program is the studio's structured route for acne. It begins with a hair scan analysis, a consultation, a customized regimen, a recommended detox protocol, a 30-day supplement supply and an initial facial, followed by weekly check-ins and follow-up appointments based on skin needs. Products are sold separately. A virtual version, the Acne Bootcamp, includes video consultations, a custom regimen shipped to the client and check-ins throughout. The studio states that most acne clients see meaningful change in 6 to 8 weeks and are clear within a 12 to 16 week bootcamp; individual results vary.

Memberships start at $199 a month and include a monthly treatment, retail discounts and priority booking, with higher tiers adding more treatments and sessions. The studio says members can save up to $500 a year compared with paying for treatments one at a time. Memberships can be paused or cancelled at any time. Payment plans through partner Cherry can split treatments, packages and memberships into monthly payments over 3 to 24 months, and checking options does not affect credit score.
