The Signature Head Spa includes a scalp massage, clarifying scalp exfoliation, a cleanse, a hydrating mask and warm steam therapy, and the salon calls it its most indulgent experience. Shorter 30-minute mini versions are available, with or without a blowout. The Redken Acidic Gloss Treatment is a head spa with a blowout, and the K18 Molecular Repair Head Spa is designed for chemically damaged, brittle hair. The Signature Head Spa For 2 lets two guests book together, with one receiving the treatment while the other relaxes with a sheet mask or warming eye treatment, a heated blanket and foot warmers.

Color and hair services include customized root touch ups that cover regrowth and blend gray, demi-permanent gloss shades that refresh, tone and add shine, and hand-painted balayage in full or partial versions. Highlights are offered as face frame, partial or full, each with a toner or gloss, and results depend on starting color and hair history. Blowouts are done as a classic blowout or a pin set, with the technique adjusted by the stylist to the client's hair type and desired look.

The salon is open Monday and Friday from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Tuesday through Thursday from 9 AM to 2 PM, Saturday from 10:30 AM to 4:30 PM and Sunday from 10:30 AM to 4 PM. Cancellations or reschedules need 24 hours notice; later changes are charged 30% of the service, and no-shows are charged the full service. Arriving late can shorten a service, and arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling. VIP membership clients follow the same cancellation policy, and late cancellations or no-shows forfeit that month's included service. Clients with an emergency or illness should contact the salon as soon as possible, and the salon says it will accommodate when appropriate.
