Every first visit begins with a trichoscopic assessment, a magnified look at the scalp and follicles. Trichoscope images are taken at every visit so progress can be seen over time.

The business says its standard is clinical results that can be measured, delivered in a calm setting. The menu ranges from scalp and skin rituals such as The Little Retreat and The Ready, a 120-minute signature treatment, to clinical facials, jaw-focused massage and hair growth care.

Hair growth consultations are complimentary, last 30 minutes, and are led by a nurse practitioner with a trichoscope. A consultation may lead to medical-grade topicals, FoLix laser, ACORN Secretomes, red light therapy or a combined plan.
