The full-service menu covers women's cuts, which include a shampoo, conditioner, wet and dry cut and blow-out, along with men's and children's cuts. Color options include gray coverage, gray blending, highlights, lightening, balayage, ombre, accent highlights and fashion colors. Texture services include a keratin treatment with two options, and a traditional cut is available for non-curly or minimally textured hair. Makeup and hair styling are offered for special events, bridal parties and photoshoots, both on-site and offsite. Curly services are the salon's main focus. Cuts are grouped by how often a client returns and how much time they need, from the Little Curly Cut for children aged 8 and under to the Elevated Curly Cut, which is recommended for new clients and includes a consultation-style evaluation, cleanse, scalp massage, steam or heat treatment and styling. Curly color options include Painted Curls, a hand-painted highlighting service using gentle, low-volume bleach, and Platinum Curls, a high-impact bright blonde service. Fashion Curls offers pastel to vivid colors and usually needs a bleach service first. The Headspace menu covers scalp and skin care. Head Spa, The Signature Headspace (a scalp wellness service with analysis, deep cleansing, exfoliation, steam, massage and a customized treatment, offered in 60 or 90 minutes), and The Headspace Facial (a customized hydrating facial, also 60 or 90 minutes) are listed. The Complete Headspace combines scalp therapy and facial care in a 180-minute service, which the business calls the ultimate Duality experience. A hot oil treatment is available as a $30, 15-minute add-on during shampoo. Booking is online during regular operating hours, which run Tuesday through Saturday, and gift cards are sold on the booking page. Color clients are asked to arrive with clean hair and no product, and dramatic color changes may take several appointments.
