The facial menu runs from a teen facial and custom facials, which are shaped after a skin analysis, to dermaplaning, microdermabrasion and a nano infusion facial. Dermaplaning uses a sterile, single-use medical grade blade, microdermabrasion uses a diamond tip, and the nano infusion facial can include optional dermaplaning and scalp and neck massage. Most facials include a hydro jelly mask, except the custom facial.

Waxing covers the face, body, bikini, Brazilian and intimate areas, and there is a four-week Brazilian upkeep for current clients only. Brow and lash services include brow lamination and tint, brow or lash tint, eyebrow mapping and waxing, and the Korean lash lift, which typically lasts four to six weeks. Add-ons include scalp massage, BT Micro handheld microcurrent on the face, and nano infusion.

Hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, Wednesday from 9 AM to 1 PM, and closed on weekends. Clients have a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals; arriving 10 minutes late results in cancellation and a charge of half the service. No-shows and cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment are charged in full, though the studio will try to fit in late arrivals when the schedule allows. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Online shop and gift cards are also offered. Custom facials are tailored after a skin analysis, and the owner pays close attention to detail in each service.
