Many of the injectable visits are short, from about 10 minutes for an under-eye filler to around 2 hours for the largest face lift package. Several services list a range of syringes or areas, so the final plan depends on the consultation and the areas chosen.

Before any injectable visit, clients complete medical clearance and consent forms. For most injectable services, clients are asked to avoid smoking, drinking alcohol, caffeine and pain relievers for 48 hours beforehand. Only the client attends the appointment, since no extra guests or children are allowed in the clinical setting.

The clinic offers house calls, with the requirement that the address be a safe location. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and can be scheduled for delivery; gift card sales are final.

Clinic hours are Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 4 PM, and the clinic is closed on Sundays. No-shows are charged the full amount and may result in a clinical ban.
