The salon is run by founders Iris Rodriguez and Kim Sanford and works as a collective of independent creative stylists who inspire one another and work together. The team describes itself as diverse in background and clientele, with many years of combined experience and education.

Each visit is built around the individual client. Stylists use current cut and color techniques with everyday street wear in mind, and they help clients express their own style and turn a broad idea into a custom look. The salon's guiding idea is that enhancing what someone already has is worth more than remaking it, and that philosophy shapes how a new look is planned. Quick services include a 15-minute bang trim or hairline clean-up.

The salon is a Certified Green Circle Salon and says it recycles and repurposes up to 95% of its salon waste, including hair clippings, used foils, color tubes and excess color. It is open Tuesday through Saturday and closed Sunday and Monday.

Cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice. Appointments can be changed or rescheduled at no charge up to 48 hours ahead. Cancellations inside 48 hours are charged half of the scheduled service, and same-day cancellations and no-call no-shows are charged the full amount.

The salon aims to enhance each client's own look and individuality, using current cut and color methods suited to street wear.
