Elayna's work centers on blonding and hair extensions. She describes her style as soft, effortless hair, ranging from bolder transformations to subtle sun-kissed looks. Her signature is The Blended Blonde, a lived-in blonding technique with a seamless grow-out. She also works with extensions to add color, fullness and length for a complete change.

The studio's color menu runs from root touch-ups and gloss refreshes to full-head color, hairline refreshes, reverse balayage and full dimensional or blonde services, with visit lengths ranging from about 75 minutes to three hours or more. Extensions are planned in a required in-person consultation, and Full Keratin Bonds are applied over three to six hours with 100% human hair. The salon describes these bonds as the most discreet and natural looking extensions, and notes they need no in-salon maintenance for three to four months.

Policies are firm. New guests pay a deposit credited toward their first appointment, and deposits are nonrefundable. A card on file is required to book. Changes made within 48 hours of an appointment carry a fee of half the booked service, and no-shows are charged the full service. Clients more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment cancelled or shortened. Rescheduling goes to the soonest opening, which may be two to six weeks out. No refunds are offered. Clients unhappy with a service can ask for adjustments within 72 hours, free of charge and within the range of the original appointment; a full styling service is not included in that adjustment.

The studio also offers a one-on-one education day for stylists and sells The Confident Stylist Guide, an e-book on running a hair business, along with keratin bond tools.

Elayna aims for soft, natural-looking color built to last, with a focus on enhancing blonde and bronde shades, and she uses extensions to add color, fullness and length. The stated goal is that clients leave feeling their best, with comfort, longevity and lasting hair health in mind.
