Each appointment is treated as personal. Before recommending a look, the founder takes time to learn a client's style and day-to-day lifestyle. The studio presents itself as a relaxed space where clients can leave feeling good about their hair.

Color is a large part of the menu. Highlight and bleach services, from retouches and partial highlights to full highlights and bleach with toner, include Professional K18 hair protection, treatment and toner. Gloss and toner, root touch-ups and all-over color are also offered. All-over color pricing depends on hair length, density and the product used, and Full Highlights & Blowout requires a $50 deposit.

Monthly memberships are the other main option. The Signature plan is $199 per month for short to medium hair, and the Luxe plan is $229 per month for long, thick or high-density hair. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Changes need at least 24 hours' notice; late cancellations and no-shows may limit future booking or require a deposit.
