Natalie opens each service with a consultation, then mixes a custom color formula based on the client's skin tone, natural color, how much maintenance they want and how they live day to day. Every service finishes with a blowout. Toner is included in all blonding services.

New guests choose from five packages, and each one includes a haircut and blowout. One pairs a color touch-up with a cut and style, another adds highlights along the top, sides and crown, and a third covers the whole head with balayage or foils. A fourth combines a color touch-up with partial highlights, and the simplest is a shampoo, scalp massage, precision cut and blowout. Before booking, new guests complete a digital consultation form, and the first appointment includes an in-depth consultation.

Requests go through the site's appointment form, and existing clients who were seen in the last six months use the same form as returning guests, while others complete the new guest request. Requests are answered within 24 hours on weekdays from Tuesday to Friday, and requests sent Saturday through Monday are answered on Tuesday. Replies include a suggested appointment date and time and a general price quote. Appointments are usually available within two to three weeks, and clients with limited availability may wait four to six weeks. Services not listed on the site, including major color changes, can be requested by email. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice carry a fee of 25 percent for each service missed, which is added to the client profile and paid before the next booking.

Color is customized to each client's skin tone, natural color, maintenance level and lifestyle, starting with a consultation and ending with a blowout.
