Every cut or hair service begins with a shampoo and light conditioning treatment using the salon's own products. The salon recommends booking the next appointment four to six weeks out.

Beyond color, the salon makes hair extensions from 100% human hair, selected by length and color. They last three to six months and can be cut, colored and styled to match existing hair. A $25 consultation fee goes toward the price if you buy, and extensions require a 50% deposit to order, with the balance due on the day of service.

For chemical services, the salon uses the Acacia Color Friendly Perm System, which is thio-free and can be combined with color on the same day. Its formaldehyde-free smoothing treatment can leave hair worn smooth or curly. Several chemical services can be completed in one visit through Multi Services. Hair restoration is offered through a partnership with Yes MD Medical Aesthetics, which also offers anti-aging treatments.

Stylists have gone abroad to London, Milan, Paris and New York to research fashion direction, coloring approaches and cutting methods. The salon also brings in guest instructors for continuing education. Color is planned around each client through a complimentary consultation that considers skin tone, eye color, hair type and facial structure.
