Each visit begins with a conversation about what has changed in the skin, which products and treatments have helped, which have not, and what the client hopes to achieve. A skin exam follows, and the treatment plan is customized from there. The salon says it avoids pushy sales.
The facial menu runs from HydraFacial Signature (50 minutes, $200) through HydraFacial Deluxe and Platinum, which add boosters, LED Light Therapy, Nanoneedling Infusion and a stem cell anti-aging mask. Glo2Facial can be booked on its own (60 minutes, $250) or added to any HydraFacial for $145, and it is powered by OxyGeneo technology, which the salon describes as patented. According to the salon, Glo2Facial also won a 2026 beauty award from Cosmopolitan magazine.
Enlighten is a brightening peel worn as a thick mask for 8 to 12 hours, with heavy flaking expected in the first week and full results in four to eight weeks. Perfect Dermapeel is a medium-depth peel with flaking that usually lasts two to four days.
Other offerings include an Anti-Acne Back Treatment, a Clarifying Anti-Acne Facial, a Teen Facial for clients from age 12, an Ella Signature Custom Facial, an Advanced Anti-Aging Facial, and SkinPen microneedling at $400 per session or $1,050 for a series of three. Teen clients may have a parent or guardian stay or wait in the studio. The salon also sells professional skincare products online, with free shipping on orders over $50, and gift cards that can be emailed instantly.
Treatment plans are customized after a skin exam and a discussion of each client's goals, and visits open with a review of what has worked and what has not.
