Color services run from glosses and root connections to all-over color, balayage and foil work, with bold and vivid shades among the things clients come in for. Partial color services such as foils and balayage are charged separately when booked with an all-over color. Retexturizing options include permanent waves, Brazilian blowouts and keratin treatments, and each of these starts with a consultation so the stylist can recommend the right service. Smoothing infusion treatments are offered for clients who want to ease out curl and restore shine.

Hand-tied weft extensions are sewn in rows with nylon thread rather than glued in, and the salon says the sewn rows avoid tension on the scalp. A free consultation includes a quote from the stylist. A deposit is needed to book and is applied to the first appointment. Initial installs usually take two to four hours, so clients should arrive with clean hair, and refreshments and small snacks are offered during the appointment. Move-up appointments are scheduled every six to eight weeks.

New clients get a 15-minute consultation as part of their first appointment. Each station has a sign clients can flip to signal whether they want a social or a silent appointment. The salon is open Tuesday through Saturday and closed Sunday and Monday, with hours that can shift for a given day. Cancellations and reschedules need 48 hours' notice.

The salon works with Aveda hair color and care lines and favors treatments built on vegan, plant-derived ingredients.
