Cancellations made at least 24 hours ahead carry no charge, cancellations on shorter notice are charged 50% of the service fee, and missed appointments are charged the full amount. Hours are Tuesday to Thursday 8 AM to 8 PM, Friday and Saturday 8 AM to 6 PM, and Sunday and Monday by appointment only.
