Booking is available online or by calling 918-283-4335. Clients agree to the appointment policies when booking, and a valid card on file holds the appointment. Changes or cancellations should be made at least 24 hours ahead. Within 24 hours, no-shows, cancellations and reschedules are charged 50% of the scheduled total. Text or verbal confirmation is needed 24 hours before, or the reservation is cancelled. Services performed in the salon are not refunded, though the salon will make adjustments if a guest is not satisfied. Extension investments are set at booking and are non-refundable; changes need 72 hours' notice, and clients who change color or texture after consultation should tell the salon before application.
