Treatment plans are built around each client's features and goals rather than a trend or a standard package. A visit usually starts with the client sharing what they want, after which the team walks through options and pricing that fit them. The practice favors long-term planning, pairing full face treatments with an at-home skin care routine.

The menu covers injectables, including neurotoxin, lip and facial filler, and Sculptra, which is used to rebuild collagen and volume. Facial services range from Hydrafacials and chemical peels to nanoneedling and facials designed for teens, pregnancy, breastfeeding and men. The Red Carpet Facial is the signature session, combining five treatments in one visit.

Clients can book online or by phone. A deposit secures every appointment and is applied to the treatment. Changes need at least 48 hours' notice, and late arrivals of 15 minutes or more fall under the cancellation policy. Memberships run for a minimum of 12 months, payments are non-refundable, and memberships cannot be transferred to other services or people.

The practice starts each plan with a conversation about the client's goals and builds treatments around their features, using long-term planning and an at-home routine.
