The studio in Corte Madera is where bridal trials, hair and makeup appointments, brow shaping and makeup lessons take place. Wedding, special occasion and event work is done on location. Wedding services are booked one per day, so each couple has the artist's full attention, and for larger wedding parties additional hair and makeup artists are brought in depending on the time frame and the services wanted.

Makeup is generally classic and natural, meant to enhance a client's features and soften flaws. Foundation can be applied by airbrush or by hand, and the shade is blended specifically for each client. Product selection changes from client to client, drawing on a kit that includes LimeLight by Alcone as a core line along with brands such as NARS, Laura Mercier, Make Up For Ever and Becca.

The business has a long list of advertising, editorial and photography work, including projects for magazines, brands and photographers, and the salon says it has been in the business for over 13 years. Booking a wedding or other dated service requires a 50% initial payment and a signed contract; that payment is non-refundable but is applied toward the final balance.
