The skin care menu centers on the Elixir Cure-all Facial, a 60-minute customized facial for acne-prone, oily, combination, dry, sensitive or rosacea-prone skin. It starts with a skin analysis and includes cleansing, steam, massage, extractions, a therapeutic mask, serums, moisturizer and sun protection. Extractions are done mainly by hand, with a metal extractor used in hard-to-reach areas such as the ears. The salon calls this its quintessential treatment. During the mask, clients can choose a scalp, hand or foot massage. For men there is the Dapper Dan Man Facial, a 60-minute facial that includes nose and ear waxing. The salon recommends facials about once a month and offers facial packages.

Waxing covers Brazilian and intimate work, body areas, and facial areas for men and women. The salon chooses between hard wax and soft wax based on skin type, hair type and the area being treated. Hair should be about a quarter inch long, which usually means 10 to 14 days of growth after shaving. Beards and moustaches are not waxed or tweezed. For Brazilian waxing, the salon suggests about four weeks between visits, with the first two appointments roughly three weeks apart. Clients who are taking Accutane or stopped it within the last six months are not waxed, and areas with sunburn, laser burns, compromised skin, pustules or breakouts are skipped. Non-disposable tools are UV-sterilized or disinfected with an EPA-approved hospital disinfectant, and the salon follows cosmetic board sanitation practices with no double-dipping.

Semi-permanent lash and brow tinting takes about 20 to 30 minutes per area and lasts three to four weeks. A free patch test is offered 24 hours before tinting for clients who are concerned about swelling or product sensitivity. Facial waxing is done before a facial, and clients may be asked to avoid facial waxing for 24 hours afterward.

Treatments are customized to each client's skin type and concern, and the salon pairs them with sanitation practices and guidance on home care. The salon says its facials are designed to show immediate visible results.
