The menu is organized by braid type and length. Knotless braids are offered in small, medium and large sizes, and tribal and feed-in braids come in medium and small versions. Boho styles are offered as boho braids and boho bobs, with the hair installed in either raw human hair or a blend of curly synthetic pieces depending on the style. Flip Over Fulani braids, which pair braids at the front with Senegalese twists at the back, and medium Senegalese twists are also on the list. Men's braids are priced by the style requested.

Installs cover wig installs, crochet installs and Miracle Knots installs, plus Miracle Knots touch-ups that cover the two front rows, one row on each side and one row at the back. Hair is supplied for every service except crochet and wig installs. For Miracle Knots installs, clients either bring their own hair or buy it from the studio, with the number of bundles depending on whether the size is small, medium or large.

Appointments take time. Braid styles generally run between four and twelve hours depending on length and size, so the business asks clients to plan for a long visit and to arrive with hair already washed, detangled, blow-dried and ready to braid. Scalps must be clean and free of oil and grease, and the business says it will not service an unclean scalp. Extra guests are not permitted during appointments. Some styles, including small knotless, small Miracle Knots and the Areli and Amy Boho styles, must be booked for the 9 AM slot.

Free consultations are available by sending questions, photos or videos to the studio's phone line. Final payment is accepted in cash only, and a deposit is required to hold a booking. Deposits are non-refundable. Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance through the link sent after booking, and a single reschedule can use the same deposit. Clients who arrive more than 20 minutes late have their appointments canceled. Clients must be at least 14 years old to book.
