The menu covers cornrows, box braids, several sizes of knotless braids, micro braids, Ghana, Fulani and bohemian styles, bob braids, and crochet braids and weaves. There are also twists, faux and butterfly locs, lace and closure sewing, edge touch-ups, and kids' knotless braids.

Booking opens on the first of each month for the following month. Hours are Monday through Saturday, 9:30 am to 6 pm, and every style includes a 15-minute break at 4 pm. Rushed service is not offered. The deposit is $35 for styles under $200 and $75 for styles over $200, and payments are non-refundable. Reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice. No-call, no-shows, and cancellations under 48 hours lead to being blocked from booking, and an appointment is canceled if the client is 15 minutes late.

Hair must be fully dried and blown before the appointment or the visit is canceled and a fine applies. Some styles include hair and some do not; clients can often bring their own hair or extensions. Off-day appointments carry a $150 fee and must be requested through the stylist. Once booked, a client cannot switch to a different style, so it helps to choose the right one in advance.

Each style is braided without rushing, and the salon describes its goal as consistent results.
