Every provider is either a nurse practitioner or a registered nurse, and the business says its nursing staff is all women. A visit usually starts with a consultation, which the business recommends before any injectable treatment. The in-person aesthetic consultation is $100, lasts 45 minutes and includes a skin assessment and a customized treatment plan, and a virtual version over Zoom costs $50. Appointments are booked for longer than usual so providers are not rushed, and follow-up visits are part of the process. The business says it will decline a procedure that would not enhance a client's features or could be unsafe for them.
Products are chosen to keep the clinic independent of large pharmaceutical companies. Each product is researched and trained on before it is used, and new products are only added after a representative meeting, sampling, staff testing and data collection. Tox is offered as Xeomin, which the business describes as its cleanest Tox option, and it is priced at $13 per unit with a $260 minimum for one area. Full face balancing is a custom combination of Tox, dermal filler and lasers, priced at $4,400 to $5,800 and up for the filler version, and it requires a consultation first.
