About
Ali Wagstaff is the owner and nurse medical director of Elite and opened the clinic in 2018 as a practice built on her own criteria for aesthetics. She is a double board-certified nurse practitioner, certified as an Acute Care and a Family Nurse Practitioner, with more than 14 years of health care experience.
Her path into medicine began with personal training and work as a certified nursing assistant during college. After returning to Colorado she worked as a bedside, charge and PRN house supervisor nurse in critical care, then as a hospitalist nurse practitioner and a critical care nurse practitioner at a level 1 trauma hospital in Denver. She has worked full time at Elite since 2020.
She learned aesthetics by shadowing clinicians, attending conferences, researching and trying treatments herself, and she keeps training with experts to bring that knowledge back to the practice. She has declined to become a trainer for large companies so that she can stay objective, and she hires and trains every injector and staff member at Elite.
