Skin care is the studio's core focus. Facials are customized to the client, and the GLO2 facial can be tailored to any skin condition. Skin Rehab is a multi-step treatment that combines radio frequency, exfoliation, microneedling and a vitamin A peel, and it usually runs 90 minutes or more. Microchanneling uses open microchannels to carry growth factors into the skin; the studio says a series of four treatments can firm the skin, soften lines and reduce the look of dark spots and scars. A skin and treatment consultation is offered at no charge before booking.
Waxing is available for the face, the body and intimate areas. The standard Brazilian removes hair from the labia and the backside, and the front can be shaped as a landing strip, a triangle, or left fully bare. An extended Brazilian also covers the upper thighs, the buttocks or the lower abdomen. The Brazilian bikini treatment includes high-frequency therapy, treatment serums and a hydrojelly mask, which are intended to calm the skin and help with ingrown hairs. Brow and lash services cover waxing, shaping, mapping, tinting, lifting and lamination. A Korean lash lift and tint using a copper peptide formula is offered, taking 60 minutes.
Clients can book several services together for up to 90 minutes, with pricing set after a consultation. Some services cannot be combined, such as facials and lash lifts. Gift cards are available, and Rhonda Allison skincare products are sold online and shipped to customers. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
The studio charges 50% of the service total for no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours. New clients who no-show or do not call are not booked for future appointments. Clients with a pattern of frequent facial cancellations may be asked for a non-refundable 40% deposit and 48 hours' notice to cancel. The studio says it was voted Best of central Maryland in 2023 and 2026, and its listing shows 411 reviews.
