Clients book online through Vagaro, and a virtual consultation is available for $10 before committing to a treatment. Before an appointment, clients are asked to complete all required forms and to stop active ingredients such as retinol and acne medication for at least 24 hours. Clients under 18 need a parent or guardian present for the whole service. Anyone with flu, cold or COVID-19 symptoms is asked to contact the studio to reschedule or cancel. Clients may also ask for a change of music or lighting during their appointment.

The menu runs from a short mini facial to a 90-minute session, with options aimed at acne, pro-aging skin, dermaplaning and back treatments. The advanced skincare menu includes hydrofacials, chemical peels, BioRePeel, ProCell microchanneling and an oxygenating treatment. Waxing and lash and brow services are also offered.
