Appointments require a booking fee, which is non-refundable and non-transferable, and a new fee applies to rescheduling. New clients book a new client service or a consultation first, and former clients who have been away for three months or more follow the same new client path. All color services require a prior consultation, and some treatments must be done before color. Guests and children are not permitted at appointments because of limited space, and services are not offered to children under 15. Only the services booked are performed on the day, so other services must be requested at least 48 hours ahead to check timing. Arriving more than 15 minutes late, not showing up, or cancelling less than 24 hours ahead results in a charge for the full price of the requested services, and clients who cannot be charged for these cannot book future visits.

The color menu includes color conditioning refreshes, semi-permanent and demi-permanent color, permanent color, full-head and half-head highlights, highlights with custom toning, platinum color, and a quick four-panel lightening option for clients trying color for the first time. Color correction is priced by the hour based on hair length and density, with Olaplex included in a single correction session. Platinum Pixie is a high-lift blonding service that includes a permanent straightener and a haircut and style, and it requires a consultation and at least one inch of hair length with no prior relaxer.

Cut and styling options range from nape-area artistic designs and trims for split ends to designer cuts with design lines, shampoo, conditioning and styling. Chemical and texture services include relaxer touch-ups, virgin relaxers, a perimeter touch-up, a texturizer for natural curl, and a corrective relaxer set after consultation. Silk press, wrap and curl services, and a one-step amino acid smoothing treatment for natural hair are also offered. Treatments include a dry scalp treatment, a K18 molecular bonding treatment for strengthening, moisture and protein treatments, and a stand-alone consultation for services, hair history and goals.
