Booking is by appointment only and walk-ins are not accepted. Confirmation messages go out 48 hours ahead and clients need to confirm them, or the booking is cancelled the night before. Opening hours fall on Tuesday and Thursday mornings, Wednesday and Friday evenings, and Saturday early afternoon, with the studio closed on Sunday and Monday.

Cancellations need 24 hours' notice; later cancellations are charged half the service price, and missed appointments are charged in full. There is a 5-minute grace period, after which the client may be turned away and charged a 50% fee, with the option to rebook a later opening. Manzilian bookings require full payment upfront, and clients under 18 are not waxed. Waxing is offered through pregnancy and during a period, though both may feel more uncomfortable, and the studio asks that a clean tampon be placed beforehand during a period.

The vajacial is a steam-based facial with enzymes, extractions, high frequency where needed and a HydroJelly mask; the studio lists benefits including reduced irritation from shaving, pore cleansing and help with bumps and ingrown hairs. The dermaplane facial uses a sterile blade and is not offered to clients with active or cystic acne, open lesions, inflamed skin, sunburn, recent chemical peels or laser, or recent Accutane or retinoid use, so skin conditions and medications must be disclosed before booking. Intimate bleaching uses spicule technology, requires a hairless area, takes 5 to 7 days to heal with peeling, and can be repeated once a month at most; the studio states it has no side effects.

The studio aims for a comfortable, professional visit and uses good-quality wax with a method chosen to keep clients comfortable.
