Eliot Beauty Clinic

Eliot Beauty Clinic has been operating since 2017 and describes itself as a woman-owned company. It runs from two locations: a suite at 23823 Malibu Rd. in Malibu, and a site in West Hills, both serving the Los Angeles area. Clients book online by location and by staff member, and the clinic is open Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, Saturday 10 AM to 4 PM, and closed Sundays.

The menu is organized into three groups: Hair Care, Skin Care and Permanent Makeup. The skin care side is the largest, with treatments for fine lines, acne scars, sun spots, uneven tone, stretch marks, scars, keloids and skin tags. Several treatments combine methods, such as micro-needling paired with peptide serums or with electrical muscle stimulation, and radiofrequency micro-needling with Morpheus8. Treatments for the eye area and the hands are also offered, and the hand treatments can mix dermal fillers, laser work, chemical peels and micro-needling depending on the person.

Permanent makeup covers brows, eyes, lips, skin tone and the scalp. Options include micro-blading to fill in or shape sparse brows, permanent eyeliner in a natural lash line or a bolder style, lip liner for a subtle or stronger outline, and permanent foundation for an even-toned finish. Scar camouflage uses pigment matched to the surrounding skin.

The clinic also runs online and in-person training courses for people who want to learn these techniques. Courses cover topics such as micro-blading, scar removal, scalp micro-pigmentation, micro-needling and RF micro-needling, and students receive a diploma on completion. Registering for more than one course saves over 10%, and class times and locations are arranged by phone after registration.

Treatments are tailored to each client, and several services combine techniques or devices depending on the concern and the cause.
