The Manhattan Beach location on North Sepulveda Boulevard is the practice's flagship clinic and training center in the South Bay, and the Malibu clinic on Malibu Road is described by the practice as a boutique extension of the business. Both are open Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and clients can book online at either site by choosing a service category, provider, date and time.

The practice was founded by Nicola Lowrey, a physician assistant who has worked in cosmetic injectables since 2004. The N2 Aesthetics Training Center offers education for injectors and clinicians, and the practice runs a training academy for aesthetic injectors alongside its clinical work. Clinical care is provided by a team that includes physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses and a licensed esthetician.

Treatment plans begin with learning each person's beauty goals and needs. For anyone unsure what they need, a consultation is available to talk through goals and review anatomy and health history. Facial ultrasound is part of the care given to every filler patient, according to the practice. New client appointments with the founder are offered on a limited basis and are scheduled through the reception desk.

Services fall into several groups: injectables, medical-grade skincare, skin procedures such as microneedling, micro-infusion therapy and light-based treatments, regenerative options including platelet rich fibrin, and body packages for the abdomen and for skin tightening in the neck and body. Medical-grade skincare products are also sold through an online shop.

Treatment plans are tailored to each patient, starting from their beauty goals and needs, with the aim of enhancing natural beauty without changing the features that make a face unique.
