Elevate Salon Studios Las Colinas, TX

Elevate Salon Studios is run by AC Management and describes itself as a luxury salon and business suites provider. Rather than employing stylists, it leases private studio suites to independent professionals, so each tenant runs their own business from their own space.

The Gilbert location is in Warner Plaza at 1714 W. Guadalupe Road. The Las Colinas location at 665 W. LBJ Fwy has 63 private suites, some with window views and natural light, spread across two floors connected by an elevator and stairs.

Every suite includes upscale finishes, utilities, Wi-Fi and use of shared spaces. Certain sites add laundry rooms, break areas or support for booking software. Rent usually includes utilities, upkeep and common-area amenities, and according to the business, it charges no concealed fees.

Tenants can bring their own clients, manage them within their suite and personalize or decorate the space. Leases are flexible and designed for both newer and established professionals. Tenants also receive access to educational resources, promotional opportunities and networking events.

The business describes its community as built on collaboration rather than competition. Community events, workshops and marketing collaborations are organized on a regular basis. Tours can be booked online or taken as walk-ins, and the business is open seven days a week. Suites can also be reserved online through the contact form without a tour.

The business builds its tenant community around collaboration instead of competition, and it provides shared resources and events to support the professionals who rent suites.

The business describes its environment as pet-friendly.
