On the brow side, clients can book waxing to remove unwanted hair, tinting, lamination that smooths and sets brow hairs in place, or a combination. The Brow Wax & Tint pairs custom shaping with a tailored tint, and the business says those results last 2 to 4 weeks. Lash extensions range from the Classic set, which places one extension per natural lash for a natural, mascara-like look, to the Mega Volume set, which uses advanced volume techniques for density. Several styles in between use wet, YY, fairy, angel, anime, hybrid and volume designs. First-time lash clients book the New Client Full Set, which includes a consultation and a customized lash design.
Fills are for maintaining an existing set. Most fills require at least 40 percent of the lashes to remain. Mini Fill is a quicker touch-up for a smaller number of grown-out or shed extensions. Foreign Fill is for extensions applied by another artist; if less than 40 percent remain or the existing work does not meet the studio's standards, removal and a full set may be needed first. Korean lash lifts lift natural lashes from the root for a longer, brighter look that the business says lasts 6 to 8 weeks, and lash tints darken natural lashes. Extension removal uses a professional-grade remover, and the business says the removal is gentle and protects natural lashes.
The studio is open Monday to Friday 6 PM to 10 PM, Saturday 9 AM to 8 PM, and Sunday 10 AM to 6 PM. Appointments must be confirmed before the scheduled service or they may be cancelled. Cancelling or rescheduling needs at least 24 hours notice. Same-day cancellations are charged 50 percent of the service, and no-shows without notice are charged the full service. Deposits are non-refundable but can move to a new time if the change is made within the notice period. A valid card is required to book and is kept on file for fees. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, and may still owe the deposit. One-time accommodations for emergencies may be granted at the studio's discretion.
Designs and tints are customized to each client, and fill eligibility depends on how many extensions remain.
